First Do No Harm
The First, Do No Harm patient safety campaign from the Northern Region Health Plan aims to raise awareness and facilitate the development of patient safety projects in the Northern Region of New Zealand.
The FDNH group have positively supported SafeRx and other initiatives that aim to:
• Save lives
• Prevent harm to patients
• Save money
• Free-up capacity
• Improve productivity
