The Quality and Safety Challenge 2012
Thanks to the Health Quality and Safety Commission’s (HQSC) ‘Quality and Safety Challenge 2012’, SafeRx received funding to invite more primary care teams to join SafeRx, and to update our website. The Challenge was established to provide funding for small-scale projects, which focus on:
- improving patient safety
- fostering quality improvement
- improving consumer engagement
In September 2012 the HQSC held the ‘Quality and Safety Forum’ which brought together the project teams from the Challenge to provide an overview of their projects.
